In his speech, Mr. Ragasa urged his fellow graduates to make a remarkable difference while embarking on an academic journey that is grounded on moral values. “As we close our senior high school journey, I ask you, what difference will you make? With the education and values that SPUP has given us, may we all choose to live a life of excellence rooted on moral values. May we all sail on to make a positive difference globally.”
