vol03_no342010.jpgThe St. Paul University System (SPUS) was established in 2002 and certified by the Commission on Higher Education in 2004.

The system originally has six member-schools: SPU Philippines (lead institution), SPU Manila, SPU Quezon City, SPU Iloilo, SPU Dumaguete and SPU Surigao. Its members are SPC-owned Higher Education Institutions granted autonomous status or deregulated status by the CHED and those granted Level II accredited status in at least three programs by the Federation of Accrediting Associations of the Philippines.

SPUS aims at: 1) unifying the Paulinian member schools to be able to strengthen systems, policies, structures and programs for the effective delivery of quality education; and 2) ensuring optimal use of resources of Paulinian Educational institutions in the delivery of quality education and services through collaboration, complementation and sharing.
