“SUBMIT YOUR RESEARCHES TO REFEREED JOURNALS so that these will be reviewed by the experts.”

The challenge was addressed by the Research, Planning and Development Office (RPDO) Director Dr. Jesus Pizarro to the Paulinian educators during the faculty development activity for research on Sept. 03, 2009 at the Mo. Madeleine Hall.

Director Pizarro suggested specific journals which can accommodate and publish the faculty-conducted researches on the different disciplines.

As member of the SPUP teaching corps, faculty members are mandated to conduct a research in line with their field of specialization. At the end of the school year, they are required to submit their output to the Research, Planning and Development Office.

Meanwhile, the University has a pool of peer reviewers who are tasked to choose the best researches. The chosen researches are then sent to the external referees who would give inputs as to how the studies are to be refined to be worthy of publication in the SPUP Research Digest.
