FEES & BURSARIES

School fees of students are published and posted by the Office of the Vice-President for Finance at the start of every school year

No amount may be collected from the students by any member of the faculty, administration, or any personnel without the prior permission of the University President. All monetary transactions are exclusively under the office of the Vice-President for Finance.

Discounts

The University gives special tuition fee discounts to siblings of the same family. The special discount must be applied for at the Business Affairs Office within two weeks from the start of enrolment. College students must apply for this discount every semester. Only students with a regular load are afforded with the tuition fee discount. Application forms are available at the Business Affairs Office.

A 4% tuition discount shall be given on a full cash payment upon enrolment. College tuition discount will be given to students who are carrying a load of more than 21 units. Miscellaneous and other fees are charged upon registration.

Withdrawals and Refund

Any student who wishes to discontinue his/her studies during the semester/summer term must notify the Registrar and the Vice-President for Finance immediately. Failure to do so means forfeiture of the right to any refund of fees.

Students withdrawing from the college after official enrollment shall be charged their school fees according to the rule promulgated by the Education Department. A student should withdraw enrollment in writing from his/her college of origin.

  • During the enrollment period but before the start of classes, the student shall be charged the full amount of the registration fee.
  • Within the first week of classes, the student shall be charged an amount equal to 10% of the total charges for the whole semester, regardless of whether she/he has attended classes or not.
  • Within the second week of classes, the student shall be charged an amount equal to 20% of the total charges of the whole semester, regardless of whether he/she has attended classes or not.
  • After the fourth day of classes, the student shall be charged the total amount due for the whole semester term,, regardless whether he/she has actually attended classes or not.
