ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

The enrolment procedures for Pre-School & Grade School Students
  • Application for Admission: Admission Committee, Office of the Grade School Guidance Counselor for Preliminary Interview with the Guidance Counselor.
  • Submission of Admission Requirements.
  • For the Grade School student: The student is given an interview and test after which, parents are scheduled for interview with the Principal. Results are given after the Parents' Interview.
  • Interview with the Principal
  • Accomplishment and Evaluation of Registration / Information Sheets.
  • Assessment and Payment of Schools Fees.
  • Submission of Approved Registration / Information Sheet / Admission Slip from the Treasurer's Office to be officially enrolled.
The enrolment procedures for High School Students
  • Application for Admission: Admission Committee, Office of the High School Guidance Counselor for Preliminary Interview with the Guidance Counselor.
  • Taking of Entrance Examination as scheduled
  • Submission of Admission Requirements
  • Interview with the Principal
  • Accomplishment and Evaluation of Registration / Information Sheets.
  • Assessment and Payment of Schools Fees.
  • Submission of Approved Registration / Information Sheet / Admission Slip from the Treasurer's Office to be officially enrolled.
The enrolment procedures for College Students
  • Guidance Counselors administer placement test for incoming freshmen and transferees and release the results to the Deans concerned.
  • Submit Form 138-A and Certificate of Good Moral Character to the Dean.
  • Undergo initial interview with the Director of Student Affairs. You will then be given a signed Confirmation Slip after which you will submit to the Secretary.
  • Procure a set of school uniform at the School Boutique.
  • Assesment and payment of tuition and other fees at the Finance Office.
  • Present receipt of payment and submit enrolment forms in the Registrar for stamping.
  • Submit Dean's copy of enrolment for "validation". Failure to do so means you will not be included in the Official Enrolment List.
  • Attend the classes where your name is officially listed and present "Officially Enrolled" stamped-student form and receipt to your instructor at the start of classes.
Other Enrolment Policies
  • There is an announced schedule for Adding/Dropping of subjects. A student may, with the approval of the Dean concerned, change subject(s) by filling out a prescribed form. All changes must be reported to the Registrar and the Treasurer for the necessary adjustments.
  • Late enrollees (old, new, transferees) who come one week after the official opening of classes will be charged five hundred pesos (P500.00) per day. Penalty is subject to change.
  • No class shall be opened if there are less than twenty-five (25) students except for a major subject.
  • In cases where less than 25 students are enrolled in a subject, a written request for the subject opening should be forwarded to the Dean, Registrar and the Treasurer for approval. The students shall pay the tuition fee equivalent to that paid by 25 students.
