STUDENT AFFAIRS
This office oversees all student-related activities and services that are planned and organized for the wholistic development of the students. The Office supervises the activities of the Supreme Board of Students (SBS) and coordinates with the different student clubs and organizations on campus and with the National Service Training Program (NSTP).
Clubs and Organizations
To promulgate the thrust of the university to enhance the total development of the students and to promote lay empowerment as well, creative means of doing this has been done. One of which is the encouraging of students, with the supervision of designated faculty to open clubs and organizations in their own fields of specialization and interest.
But with the emergence of various organization under the different directorate offices, the Office of Student Affairs therefore classifies these clubs in accord with the University's Organizational Chart.
The Research Office is involved in conducting contemporary development research activities either in partnership with faculty in the various colleges or with professional organizations. Its purpose is to generate new knowledge for development.
The Publication Office is responsible for documenting events and developments in the University through the school paper and prepares articles, manuals, yearbooks and other printed materials for publication.
This office plans and coordinates all cultural programs and supervises activities of the University Chorale and Dance Troupe and other cultural organizations on campus.
The Cultural arts represent the uniqueness of our race. It defines our being Filipinos. The University is an active partaker in the promotion and the preservation of our heritage for the enrichment of our humanity. With the advent of globalization, our uniqueness is a clear cut competitive advantage that can be a source of income for the country. The University adheres to the perpetuation and globalization of our culture for tourism.
The Culture and Performing Arts Office is responsible for all activities and events relating to the promotion, organization, and production of cultural arts in the University. It functions to stimulate the artistic consciousness of students and to ensure that the cultural life in St. Paul remains vibrant. It regularly recruits students interested in the arts i.e. music, dance and acting.
Responsible for creating and sustaining a Catholic community in campus and ensuring the spiritual growth and development of persons through the two-fold program of religious education and campus ministry.
