COMMUNITY EXTENSION SERVICES

The University has linked with and helped develop adopted communities through various programs that range from socialized credit, birthing centers, sustainable agriculture, the organization of Basic Ecclesial Communities as well as basic literacy schools with adults as clientele. The Center has gained national and international prominence and has been granted foreign assistance for its various endeavors.

The Health Resource Development Program aims to increase the availability of health resources to outlying rural areas and communities inadequately served by regular government health workers.

The Community Development Center/Health Resource Development Program Advisory Council acts as consultative, coordinating, facilitating and supportive group for community-oriented programs and activities.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS

The Public Affairs Office is responsible for the establishment, coordination and implementation of institutional policies and services that ensure continuous and collaborative interfacing between St. Paul University Philippines and its customers, local and international linkages, the mass media and alumni.

THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE

registrar This Registrar's Office is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to admission, registration, grades and academic credentials, graduation and transfer of students of the University.

It is responsible for the safekeeping of all student records from admission to graduation. It handles registration of students upon admission including cross registrants or transferees. It prepares the transfer credentials of students who wish to move to another school as well as arrange the clearance of graduating students. For the management of student records, it takes charge of the preparation of transcripts of records, certifications of grades and the issuance of diplomas.

BUSINESS AFFAIRS

bao The Business Affairs Office takes care of the planning and supervision of business and financial operations of the University, the implementation of policies and guidelines governing fiscal resources, property and related services .A computerized system facilitates payment of tuition and other fees, issuance of examination permits, and other functions of the office.
