SUPREME BOARD OF STUDENTS (SBS)
The highest governing organization of student body of St. Paul University Philippines regulated and managed in line with the mission, vision, and quality policy of the University
ACADEMIC CLUBS
These are those that are formed under the Office of the Academic Deans to enhance the knowledge and skill of students in their line of specializations. These clubs may be mandatory for particular group of students, as per major course of study, or not depending upon what appears in the Constitution or By-laws of such clubs. Further, these clubs must be registered under the Office of Student Affairs for recognition and for official operation. The following are under this category:

INSTITUTIONAL CLUBS
These are student groups for the service of the university that are directly under the Office of the President and of Vice Presidents other than the Vice President foe Academics. Further, these organizations need not apply for recognition of Club with the Office of Student Affairs and shall report to the VP or Director of the units they are formed. However, they still need to notify the Director for Student Affairs of their activities to pursue in the university by filling out the In-campus activity form. INTERESTS CLUBS
These are those that are formed to enhance the skills of student-members in such functions as deemed improved by these organization. Membership to these clubs is optional yet they must be registered under the Office of Student Affairs for recognition and for official operation. The following are under this category:
