Paulinian Education aims to develop:

FILIPINO - A SELF-DIRECTED PERSON, who is proud of his national identity and culture, who is committed to human development for Christian community and nation building , and who participates unselfishly in the service of others especially the most deprived in the community in which he lives and works.

CATHOLIC - A person who can integrate his religious, cultural and professional knowledge in his life, and commits himself to respond to the need for total salvation from the prevailing materialism, unjust structures and apathy; a person who has sufficient understanding of the teachings of Christ, and who participates in the mission of salvation given by the Father to the Son and carried on by the Holy Spirit working in the Church, by his work, word, and life especially in his day-to-day relationship with God and other men.

PAULINIAN - A PERSON who is warm, active, simple; appreciative of the finer and nobler things in life, holding Catholic family values of primary importance, who, like Paul the Apostle motivated by Christ's love is "all things to all men.

THUS, PAULINIAN EDUCATION is committed to the formation of SELF-DIRECTED CATHOLIC FILIPINO MEN AND WOMEN who find fulfillment in intelligent followership and responsible leadership in meeting their responsibilities to God, country, and fellowmen.
