The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the University. She assumes general direction over the affairs of the institution to ensure the realization of the functions of instruction, research and community service in accord with the educational vision-mission of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres, national/regional needs & thrust, and to inspire the participation of all the members of the institution.

Vice President for Academics
Accountable for ensuring that the quality standards and policies of the academic programs, projects and activities while directed to its own objectives, are aligned with the Vision-Mission of the University. She takes over the administration of the University in the President's absence or inability, following closely her policies.

Vice President for Administration
Primarily responsible for the generation of policies and procedures, implementation of projects and, and the management of resources for the optimum operation of the university.

In-charge of the planning and supervision of business and financial operations of the University, the implementation of policies and guidelines governing fiscal resources, property, and related services.

Vice President for Catholic Formation
Responsible for creating and sustaining a Catholic community in campus and ensuring the spiritual growth and development of persons through the two-fold program of religious education and campus ministry.
